We stayed for one night (1/14/24-1/15/24). The check-in staff was nice, the rooms were nicely decorated. The price was reasonable. The blatantly obvious large amount of mold across our bathroom wall was inexcusable. The daytime staff was inexplicably rude (no eye contact, no return of a 'Hello' or nod of greeting, from several staff members). Then, at breakfast, a staff member cut me off twice trying to get her breakfast. I'm glad they feed their staff, but they could at least try to act with modicum of decency or customer service. If you need to be near the hospital, it's a place to stay at a decent price. That's the best I can say about it.

I enjoyed my short stay here. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. The entrance is locked and your room card must be scanned. There's some beverages and snacks available upfront for purchase. My room was a nice size. I slept well in the bed as it was so comfortable and cozy. The area where the hotel is located was safe. About a half a block away is a 7-Eleven gas station if you desire some more options for coffee, chips, sandwiches, and even pizza.

I'm not sure how a review (and a two-star one at that) got posted. This hotel is a strong option among Choice properties in and around Orlando, especially if you're focused on doing business in downtown Orlando or at the Advent medical complex that is literally across the street. There's ample free parking, the location is convenient off of I-4, and the rooms, especially the suites, are spacious. I've stayed here several times, not just during the week between Christmas and New Year's 2023, and I've always enjoyed my stays. If anyone was swayed by my two star reviews, please understand that review was in error, and this review more closely reflects my opinion of this hotel.

Front desk not friendly. This place needs a complete renovation-dirty looking, no counter space in bathroom, low toilets. Room looked dirty and dark. Had to ask for new towels and washcloths. Cleaning people never cleaned our room even though they left their carts outside our door. Breakfast area was clean and food was ok. Charged too much for this hotel.

This is an extremely clean hotel. It comes with a full breakfast every morning. A shuttle bus is available to and from Advent Health. It was extremely nice not to have to deal with the traffic or the parking garage. I would definitely recommend this hotel d stay here again.
